Please note: We require attendance at least twice a week throughout our 3-month course cycles. We start new cycles every 3 months, with upcoming start dates for 2026: January 3rd, April 1st, July 1st and October 3rd. Please refer to enrollment dates for Beginner Cycles before signing up for class.
