We’re excited to welcome new faces! While drop-ins are welcome, our classes are designed for steady growth. To see real progress, we require attendance at least twice a week throughout our 3-month course cycles. We start new cycles every 3 months, with upcoming start dates for 2025 on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Let’s keep the energy flowing!
